Bound in half leather, smooth blindtooled spine, solid Victorian pitch pine wooden boards with small grooves at all edges except the outer edge. The boards are attached to the book by means of the prolonged spine leather which is inserted in the grooves. Printed in 150 copies . This is copy 54 signed in the colophon by the illustrator Foa. The book is printed on 200 gr. Arches paper. The binding was designed and executed by Habib Dingle. The text translated by Pauline Wehrle with the permission of the Rudolf Steiner Press relates the dream of young man who slept for 12 winter nights . This old Norwegian song was first written down in 1851 by Landstad in Telemark (Norway). Very fine book production in a fittingly well designed binding. .
